PURL is a beautiful yarn shop in Brighton, situated close to the Seven Dials area, a 15 minute walk from Brighton train station. 

Stocking an extensive selection of quality wools, books and patterns, hand knitted and crocheted clothing the shop is a knitters paradise. There are knitted gifts from baby booties to tea cosies and a range of wonderful knitted niche bits. Purl also boasts its own knitwear designers and knitters.

Debbie opened Purl in 2007, a welcoming and friendly space where novice and experienced knitters of all ages are welcome.

Inspired by the popularity of knitting evenings for friends and neighbours at home, with Purl she has created much more than a wool shop, it is a place where contemporary styles and traditional craft come together.
